The property operated by our company is located in the Nyugati Ipari Park, approx. 1,5 kms from the M35 highway, next to the introducional part 33 main road. The property lies in 1,5 hectares, contains a 5650 m2, a 500 m2, a 600m2, and a 550 m2 floorspaced buildings, which buildings are surrounded by a concreted yard:

• the buildings are installed with alarm, fire alarm, has central heating, working with gas furnace, the office floors, the storeage, and the works all have social blocks.
• the 5650 m2 floorspaced hall is 12 meters high inside, trucks are able to go in it through a gate, it is asphalted, and has natural light. The north side (37 x 97 meters) is not heated, but heat-isolated. Our services there are logistics, and storage. In the south part (97 x 19 meters) there is a metal-sturucture assemblyng work with two crane-bridges, and has blackray gas heat
• in the 500 m2 floorspaced building there is a showroom for storage and board-cutting
