Description of the project:
Within this project by FAVÉD Kft. we built in painting workshop equipment, and technological system in Debrecen, by conten below:

We bought shot-blasting equipment for cleanising surfaces, what cleans the shots were blusted, and so they become usable again. The parts of this system are the stacker, the shot cleaniser, and the shot collector silo.
Dust separator equipment: provides they air supply of the blust-house, and sips the dust. From the blust area, and from the shot cleanising area an aspirator sips out the polluted air through a filter cartridge. On filter cartridge the pollution of the air stops, and the clean air goes back to the blast area, with the ventiator. In the control boards, electric system will be built, and there will also be built in a sipping system, and a self carrying machine made of galvanized plate. We made a blowing system too, which provides the implementation og tempered air. The blow-system operates by gas-fire and filter airbag. We can change the quantity and the temperature of the blowed air using a controlling button.
