"Regional logistic center shape up in Debrecen by FAVÉD Kft."

Regional logistic center shape up in Debrecen by FAVÉD Kft
Description of the project:
For this project there is no need for building permission, because we do not change outer surface of the building or holding device.
The net cost is 238.763.100,-HUF.
We divide the great storage halls to four smaller halls with light structured separating walls. After it we are having one 1.750 m2,
one 862 m2, one 385 m2, and one 445 m2 hall. There will bee 3 social rooms in 20,5 m2 area and renew the two old blocks. The offices will not be
modified or change. We provide water supply, waste water handling, energy, raind handlig for the logistics.
Building structure, special works:
Grounding:
Hall has 30-40 cms thick monolith basalth-asphalt grounding, which can hold the separate-walls without any static problem,
so there is no need to do an additional grounding
Separating walls:
Fort he 4 walls we need 2350 m2 drywall. We are building in 4 fire gates to the walls too.
Isolation, rain-water handling:
We are building in fibrillated heat-isolation materials to the separating walls between social areas and the storages,
so it is going to be sound-proof. We are also building 650 m of water-spout for the rain water.
Coverings:
The asphalt covering of the storages remains the same. There will be 125 m2 of ceramic cold covering ing the social areas.
Surfaces:
We will paint with dispersion painting 8105 m2 of surface: in the inner side of the frontages up to 1,5 m, the fire-retardant wall between 2. and 3. hall up to 1,5 m,
the fire-retardant wall in the 1. and 2. hall between the storage and offices up to 12 m. We will paint the steel
structure with fire retardant painting in 550 m2, we will make 355 m2 of vapour permable surface handling.
Doors, and windows:
The 27 doors and 6 windows of the warming room will be made of heat-isolated glass, and PVC without thermal bridges.
Weakcurrent systems:
We create camera system, fire alarm system, alarm system in the storages. The costs contains network building, and equipment.
Fire-water container:
There is a fire-water basin, which now is not good for fire-protection. To use it for fire-fighting we have to do grounding,
shuttering, asphalt, building in iron-asphalt materials, isolation. The capacity of the basin is more than 1.000 m2.
Parking and yard:
We are going to modernize the road covering to the halls, the yard, and parking lot all together 2780 m2 to have
a cleanway for the vehicles. Outside utilitys inside the yard: some parts of the utilitys we will build in the road covering.
Fence-building:
The fence of the property is not complete. We will build in 130 piece of steel pillars and 130 piece of board fence, and one electric gate.
